Seasons of Self is a unique 5-week online experience that blends the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine with the relational depth of holistic group psychotherapy and the healing power of authentic connection.

In this series, we’ll explore the Water element—the part of us that knows how to be still, how to listen inwardly, and how to move with fear rather than against it.

Water is the element of winter and the unknown. It governs our relationship to courage, willpower, and our most hidden places—like self-worth, trust, and the stories we carry in the dark.

Together, we’ll journey into these themes through meaningful conversation, shared reflection, and embodied presence. Each session invites you to explore what’s real for you, while being gently witnessed by a circle of others also seeking to understand themselves more deeply.

This space isn’t about fixing or performing—it’s about remembering.

Who are you beneath the surface? What wisdom lives in your fear?

What happens when you let yourself be seen in the quiet truths you usually carry alone?

Each participant’s experience will be uniquely their own. The elements meet us where we are. Through the lens of Water, you’ll be guided to explore your emotional terrain with gentleness and curiosity—supported by the rhythms of the season and the safety of shared space.

Meet your guide

Hannah is a certified holistic psychotherapist and Zenthai Shiatsu practitioner, deeply curious about the ways our emotions and physical patterns intertwine. In her work, she’s seen how self-discovery and transformation are most powerful when we bring awareness to both body and mind.

She’s passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where people can show up authentically, explore their inner landscapes, and connect with the wisdom that already exists within them. The Open Circle is a reflection of this passion—a place for real, meaningful connection and the exploration of what it means to be human.
