About
Hannah Sylva - Connection Culture Institute Certified Psychotherapist
I believe we all hold the key to our own health and well-being.
Hannah’s approach to psychotherapy is grounded in deep compassion, care, and a holistic understanding of healing. She believes that meaningful change comes from attending not only to symptoms, but to the underlying emotional, relational, and embodied experiences that shape a person’s life. Her work honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, emotions, and spirit.
Hannah works with individuals and couples, with a particular interest in relationships and relational patterns. She supports clients who feel stuck in recurring dynamics, navigating challenges around communication, intimacy, trust, or the impact of past experiences on present relationships. With couples, she creates a supportive space where each person can feel heard, understood, and guided toward greater emotional safety and connection.
Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and attuned. Hannah places strong emphasis on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment that invites self-exploration and self-acceptance. She trusts in each person’s innate capacity for healing and works alongside clients to gently uncover patterns, process unresolved experiences, and develop greater clarity and resilience.
In her work, Hannah integrates holistic and somatic approaches alongside talk therapy, including mindfulness, body awareness, breathwork, and other experiential practices when appropriate. Therapy with Hannah is individualized and responsive, shaped by each client’s unique needs, goals, and pace. Her intention is to support lasting change by helping clients build more compassionate relationships — both with others and with themselves.
Thank you for being here, and I look forward to accompanying you on your path of healing and self-discovery.
