Beginning therapy is an investment in your well-being, in your ability to feel more at home in yourself, in your relationships, and in the world.
My work centres around relationship: how we connect, how we move through conflict, and how our earlier experiences shape the ways we show up with others and with ourselves. In sessions, we explore the patterns that may be playing out in your life, whether in emotional intimacy, communication, or the ways you respond when things feel difficult.
My approach draws on holistic psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and relational therapy to help slow things down and bring clarity to what’s happening beneath the surface. Together we create space to better understand your experiences and begin shifting the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck or disconnected.
Sessions are collaborative and paced with care. Many people begin with an initial session simply to explore what’s been happening in their life or relationship and see whether the work feels like a good fit.
If this feels like the right time for support, you’re very welcome to book a session below.
What to expect in a first session
The first session is a space to slow things down and begin understanding what has been happening for you.
We’ll talk about what has brought you to therapy, the patterns or challenges you’ve been noticing, and what you might be hoping for moving forward. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, but we will be exploring real tangible solutions and fostering resolution after just one session.
Many people find that even this first step of speaking openly about their experience can bring a sense of relief and clarity.
Couples therapy
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down the patterns that can feel overwhelming when you’re inside them.
Often couples find themselves having the same arguments or feeling stuck in dynamics where both people are trying to be heard but neither feels fully understood. In our work together we begin by gently exploring the pattern that’s been forming between you, helping each partner feel seen, and creating space for new ways of relating to emerge. And to foster a deeper more connected intimacy.
Some couples choose to begin with a short series of sessions (often three) which gives us time to properly understand the dynamic and begin shifting it together.
