Inner Intimacy Hour

a 4-week journey back to self

WELCOME TO THE Inner Intimacy Hour

Authenticity and taking up space

At the Inner Intimacy Hour, we'll meet online once a week for 4 weeks. Together, we'll explore what it means to show up more authentically in our lives, our relationships, and our relationship with ourselves.

This series is an invitation to step closer to who you really are beneath the roles, identities, masks, and adaptations you've learned along the way.

Many of us spend our lives wanting to be truly seen, while simultaneously hiding parts of ourselves. We shape ourselves around expectations, avoid revealing certain truths, or hold back aspects of who we are out of fear of judgment, rejection, or not belonging.

But what happens when we begin to gently meet those hidden parts?

What happens when we allow ourselves to be seen a little more clearly?

In this series we'll be exploring authenticity, self-expression, visibility, and the parts of ourselves we often hide, protect, or edit in order to belong. Together we'll investigate our relationship with vulnerability, being seen, and what it means to show up more honestly in our lives and relationships. It's a rich and layered exploration, and such an important conversation to be having.

We'll reflect on questions such as:

  • What parts of myself feel easy to reveal, and what parts do I keep hidden?

  • Where am I performing, pleasing, or adapting?

  • What gets in the way of me being fully seen?

  • What does authenticity actually feel like in my body?

  • How do I relate to vulnerability, visibility, and self-expression?

This work is about developing a deeper intimacy with yourself. Because the more honestly we can meet ourselves, the more freedom, connection, and aliveness become available to us.

What it actually looks like...

Each week we'll open a different doorway into authenticity, self-awareness, and being seen.

This isn't a space where you'll be lectured at or asked to take notes. I'll begin each session with reflections, prompts, and perspectives around the week's theme before opening the space for exploration and discussion.

One of the most beautiful aspects of this work is witnessing how a single person's insight can unlock something in someone else. Together we follow threads of curiosity, honesty, and inquiry into places we may not have arrived at alone.

The conversations are dynamic, collaborative, and alive.

Through witnessing and being witnessed, we often discover that the parts of ourselves we've felt alone in are deeply human and shared.

Each session will also include a practice, guided meditation, or embodied exploration to help integrate our insights into the body and nervous system, not just the mind.

The space...

This is a small, intimate group container held over 4 weeks.

I've found small group spaces to be some of the most powerful environments for transformation. There is something profoundly healing about being witnessed by others while remaining connected to yourself.

Over the course of a few weeks, trust begins to build. Layers soften. New levels of honesty become possible.

In this way, we don't just deepen our connection with ourselves, we also begin to rewire our relationship with visibility, belonging, and authentic connection with others.

Each session is 2 hours long (even though it's called the Inner Intimacy Hour). Together we'll:

  • Arrive and settle into ourselves

  • Explore the weekly theme

  • Reflect, share (if you feel called to), and integrate

  • Practice being seen in a supportive and non-judgmental space

You're welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.

There is no pressure to share, only an invitation to be honest with yourself.

Meet your guide

Hannah is a holistic psychotherapist and Zenthai Shiatsu practitioner who works with individuals and couples. Through her work, she’s seen how the relationship we have with ourselves, and how deeply we know ourselves, often becomes the gateway, or the bottleneck, to healing and change in other parts of our lives.

She’s deeply curious about the ways our inner worlds shape how we feel, relate, and move through life. Her approach invites a gentle, honest exploration of both body and mind, supporting people to come into a more connected and compassionate relationship with themselves.

Inner Intimacy Hour is an extension of this work, a space to slow down, turn inward, and explore what it means to truly meet yourself. Hannah is honoured to guide you in this process.
