Inner Intimacy Hour
a 4-week journey back to self
WELCOME TO THE Inner Intimacy Hour
At the Inner Intimacy Hour we’ll meet online, once a week for 4 weeks. Together we’ll deepening our relationships with ourselves through self-inquiry, reflection, witnessing and being seen.
In this series, we’ll explore the landscape of your inner world, the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and parts of you that shape how you move through life. The places that feel familiar, and the places you may not yet fully know how to meet.
This work is about intimacy, not with someone else, but with yourself. In each call we’ll explore how well do we actually know ourselves? What stories do we have about ourselves, others and the world? How do we actually feel about ourselves with our many different faces, roles and nuances?
So much of how we move through life is shaped by the relationship we have with our inner world.
The way we respond to our emotions. The way we speak to ourselves. The parts we feel comfortable with… and the parts we tend to avoid.
This space is about gently bringing awareness to those patterns, not to fix them, but to understand them.
Because when we begin to truly meet ourselves, everything changes.
What it actually looks like…
Each week, we’ll open up a different doorway into our inner landscape.
This isn’t a space where you’ll be lectured about topics where you need to take notes. I’ll begin each session with initial reflections on each topic and then put it to the group for discussion
There’s a beautiful unravelling that happens every call, where one person’s reflection, inspires a new area of enquirer in another, and together we get to spiral down into knew depths of understanding about ourselves as we witness, reflect and feel.
This isn’t the same as regular circle work, its dynamic and collaborative.
In this series we’ll be exploring elements of Grief, Letting go, Change and our relationship to and ability to feel, be with and acknowledge our pain. It’s a big topic! But such an important one to be having.
This is the beginning of inner intimacy, learning how to be with ourselves in a more honest, compassionate, and connected way.
Each session we’ll do a practice or guided meditation to land our knew found knowledge in our bodies and nervous systems.
The space…
This is a small, intimate group container held over 4 weeks. I’ve found small group practices to be really powerful and nourishing. The opportunity to be witnessed by others and go deep with a small group over the span of a few weeks, has lead to some of the most profound experiences in myself and in participants. In this way we get to not only rewire out pathways back to ourselves but also back into connection with others.
Each session is 2 hours long (even though its called the Inner Intimacy Hour) we’ll:
arrive and settle into yourself
explore the weekly theme
reflect, share (if you feel to), and integrate
You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.
There’s no pressure to share, only an invitation to be real with yourself.

Meet your guide
Hannah is a holistic psychotherapist and Zenthai Shiatsu practitioner who works with individuals and couples. Through her work, she’s seen how the relationship we have with ourselves, and how deeply we know ourselves, often becomes the gateway, or the bottleneck, to healing and change in other parts of our lives.
She’s deeply curious about the ways our inner worlds shape how we feel, relate, and move through life. Her approach invites a gentle, honest exploration of both body and mind, supporting people to come into a more connected and compassionate relationship with themselves.
Inner Intimacy Hour is an extension of this work, a space to slow down, turn inward, and explore what it means to truly meet yourself. Hannah is honoured to guide you in this process.
